I use to work there. Great store without that old manager name Ghetto Diner Nasty Attitude. . Better now since they got Rid of her. Good for you Food lion. Its gotten better. Real talk.

The reason for three stars. I came into the store to go to customer service no one was there. Do I kindly went to one of the cashiers who at the time did not have a customer to ask was Customer service was open and I guess I disturb her on her cell phone. She goes what?. I ask her again is anybody there in customer service. This is not the first time I had a bad customer service experience. I will just drive 10 min down the road to get a better customer service experience.

Always there, always friendly, always helpful. I wish they had a larger selections. They meet 95% of my daily needs. They have a lot of locally grown produce which I buy first, obviously I want to support local growers. Only had one incident with an employee whom I caught swiping his own value card and taking peoples VIP bonuses which at that time they had a very good program going where you earned actual $$$ by shopping. This guy was swiping his card for every customer he checked out with a larger order and basically taking their $$$s. So he was reported and gone by the next visit. Deli is good too, rotisserie chicken 👍. Fried is dry.

I come here for the good prices, but I rather get my produce from a farmers market. The parking lot is always a bit dirty and busy, but the store is great and everyone is usually helpful. I didn't give five stars because last time I went (maybe because it was quite late) alot of the shelves were quite empty. Possibly because of COVID.
