Slow always locking door which makes doordashers use to drive through refusing to do curbside which causes drive-thru to be full and because of that got hit by another car from behind dinning room way to early the sign says open till 9 but already closed

The store is always slow never have the food ready when you get to the window dining room says it close at 9:00 it's 7:00 right now and it's already closed I had to go back into drive-thru just to get my order so I had to wait in line twice when I already had ordered it was an online order

I had ordered an ice coffee and nuggets and they said theyd give it to me ina bit and the guy knew i was waiting there for it ans he just tried avoiding connact with so he wouldmt have to deal with having to make my ice coffeee.

Me and my friend went there on our break . We weren’t familiar on the place bc we’re only there for our CNA class , so we tried searching the closest fast food and we pick this location. I ordered first and I got my order for about 15 minutes after I ordered . My friend were waiting for her order for about 15 minutes so we decided to ask them if it’s ready now because it was only one sandwich a fries and a drink and we noticed that they keep on announcing the orders of the other customers who got there last . So after we asked them they said that it has been given already , and we said we haven’t got it and they look again and ask the other workers and said that they already did it . So we said that we haven’t got hers and I only got mine . They tried to give it but the patty were not cooked it was under done. And when we get to our class , we shared our experience with our classmates and they said they experienced the same thing , they didn’t get their other order so they went inside to complain bc they did drive thru . My classmate said that the manager were very rude that she asked her to go back to her car and double check it because they for sure gave it to her which she did not . If only we can give 0 star we would

We waited a long time on drive thru to order when we got to the window one of the staff members had long hair removed his hat and grapped his hair then after he didn't wash his hand and bagged the food. All staff seem very young and careless.

Mobile order that I had placed was made incorrectly. Management tried to dismiss me like I was lying to him about what was wrong with my order. I had the receipt with me and he didn't even ask for it once. Fry's had no salt on them. Due to the way they packed my bag they had placed sandwich at the bottom and thrown both fries on top of it. Which smashed the sandwich made it completely undesirable. Management gave me a well what am I really supposed to do about it kind of attitude. They ended up replacing it, which I am grateful for but probably will not be coming back again. Though they probably do not care and would be okay with that
