While at BP Duchess I was paying for my gas and a customer came in with kid needing to go to the bathroom. The grownup asked where the bathroom is and with a nonprofessional response from Tina she said, "You going to have to wait, I'm in the middle of a transaction." This situation could have been handled different by saying the bathroom is outside but please wait and I will give you the key. ~Bible
