While at BP Duchess I was paying for my gas and a customer came in with kid needing to go to the bathroom. The grownup asked where the bathroom is and with a nonprofessional response from Tina she said, "You going to have to wait, I'm in the middle of a transaction." This situation could have been handled different by saying the bathroom is outside but please wait and I will give you the key.

It's a short walk to pay inside. There's hardly ever waiting in line and everyone who works there is friendly.

I was driving a veteran to an appointment IN Columbus and he had to go to the restroom. The public one is broken but was allowed to use the employees one. THANKS FOR YOUR COMPASSION AND SUPPORT. 💖

I wish this one had the amenities the other BP's have, mainly fountain drinks, but I think this is the best BP between Columbus and WV/PA along I-70. I drive this route 7 days week, minus holidays, and this station is by far the most dependable. Oh, and the staff is by far the most polite also.

Secretly in love with the new 3rd shifter, but does he notice me the way i notice him. He has an amazing attitude, plenty of energy, and under that mask a smile to share with the World...he greets everyone differently. I can honestly say i have not had a bad experience in this store He couldnt be more personable and he truly cares for his customers. He is the best

As I approached to enter, a customer was leaving without a mask. Employee did not appear to be thrilled with her job! Overall, the store was clean enough, as were the restrooms, but I was happy to be wearing a mask upon entering!

If you need to wash your windows don't do it here.the window wash or whatever it actually was was brown and made my windows dirtier than when i began. It was gross. In the hope is usually not very cheerful so they must not be a very good company to work for.in the prices are high and they're not any better than anywhere else so,vi rarely bother to go there.

I had a wrench light came on on the dash in my car and I stopped at AutoZone and they told me what it meant that it needed service the oil change so when I got to go home and Cambridge I had them change the oil and the light went out
