Back in July I had a situation where I refused to let my ID be scanned to purchase tobacco. I explained that ID scanners collect my full name, address and date of birth and I had no idea if they were storing that info. I offered to let them physically view my ID but that was not sufficient. I emailed their corporate office and received a response apologizing for this and I was told as long as the cashier can see my ID, that would be acceptable. Well, it happened again last weekend and the cashier advised me that he had to sign paperwork agreeing to scan ID for tobacco purchases. I emailed corporate again, and this time I received no response. Keep in mind, I'm in my 50s and easily identifiable as over 21. While I agree that ID scans are more efficient and save time, I don't know if this company houses and/or sells the information it collects from my ID. Furthermore, I don't know if they are tracking my purchases. I feel if a company is going to require ID scans for purchases, they should place a notice detailing exactly what they are doing with the collected data. I'm a former fraud investigator and this practice sets off way too many red flags. Use caution, folks!

I came in only for a Reece’s and gas. When I first walked in Jeremiah was busy sweeping. As soon as I got what I needed and went to the register he stopped what he was doing to assist me. He was nice and professional, which was more than what I expect from a guy who was working during an OSU game. Great job guys.

Not nice to be honest, never going back. They acused us of stealing when we didnt even steal. ANYTHING!, 0/10 deffently never ever going back. Emotionally drained from the experiance. Wanted to cry.

Yeah, watch the employees. I've caught them charging me for things I'm not buying on 2 separate occasions now. I'm pretty confident it happened prior to that also. It's all of the employees doing it too.

My dad ran out of gas and didn't have his wallet. While waiting there for me to come help, employees called the cops and they asked him to leave. He was waiting on someone to bring him money to spend at their establishment. Nobody even asked him why he was out there. I fill up here 2 to 3 times per week since I work in Columbus and it's on my way. They will no longer be receiving any business from us.
