They were very friendly and the service was fast. However, once I got it home and in my garage it’s dripping oil all over my concrete floor which I’m not very happy about. It appears it was spilt when filling. Its fresh oil. It’s dripping out of one of the skid plates. Not cool.

Besides the fact that I had to call a few times to get this scheduled I was overall very impressed. Jake came and picked up our Rancher and brought it back. He was so courteous and kind. He answered all of the questions we had. They washed it and it looked very nice when he delivered it. Good job !!

The manager was absolutely rude. When I called they some salesman said they would be willing to negotiate on this certain bike I wanted. then when I get there the manager lady said no I will not negotiate anything because all of our bikes are already marked down. Plain out disgusting.

I bought a Honda Navi from Jessica, the only dealer to have any navis within 3hrs from me. I was shocked when I called and she said not only does she have one but four!!!!! So I had options for the color I wanted. When I showed up I was very impressed with all the models they had on the floor. From scooters to quads. She got with me right away and was awesome to work with.

I had an excellent experience at this location in purchasing my very rad Honda Metropolitan. I was searching for a specific color that was super hard to find. This location, like others, didn’t have it in stock. But, one day, Jess gave me a call saying they had ended up with one in stock. What a surprise and what excellent customer service to remember me and reach out! The actual purchase was a complete breeze with ample communication and all of the necessary paperwork. Definitely throwing bonus points out due to their complimentary delivery of the vehicle up to a 50mile radius. That saved me a huge headache and a boatload of money.
