- nice place with a good selection of toys, outfits, lubes, etc. - the staff was hit or miss. one lady was professional and nice, the other lady and the guy was a bit much when I first came in they were pretty annoying. - place was clean and organized. - prices are pretty high for most items, other were ok priced. - was comfortable shopping around, the staff didn't follow me around or make me feel awkward. - overall not a bad first experience here.

If I could give a no star i would awful I bought a very expensive item and I leave 3 hrs away I called and I work all week can't go till the 12lve day I called then to let them know it's not charging at all and she is like come before ten days or no exchange

I visited this store once and it will be the last. A store associate came up to me while I was shopping and she forcefully pulled the package I was holding out of my hands. The associate was not wearing a name tag or I would've made a formal complaint with management. The store associate wouldn't give the item back either, so I had to pull it out of her hands because I wanted to purchase it. This made me very uncomfortable. The store associate went on to tell me I was foolish for making my purchase. I had to tell her to leave me and my partner alone. I have never been shamed in a sex store. I won't be back.

Molly is absolutely amazing! I actually ran into her at a different store and she helped me feel so comfortable and safe. I was very nervous and didn’t know what to get and she helped talk me through all of the options that would work best for me. I cannot begin to express my gratitude. She’s truly the best of the best!

Ive been looking all over ohio through tennessee and have tried to find 7ft toy glizzy's if you know what i mean...... I tried to call them and they said the biggest they had was only 5.5ft and thats good enough for me. I went to the store to pick it up and they lied about having it. they only had 3.25ft toy glizzy's

My husband and I just went in there tonight and that was the best experience we’ve ever had. The girl that was workings name was Molly and she was AWESOME.. I’m normally pretty uncomfortable going into places like that but she made the experience comfortable and fun.
