Went in for one line, no protection, Google pixel 6. They signed me up for a second line and device protection that I did not want. Keep in mind the manager was the one assisting me. I won't be going back to this store even though I am a tmobile customer

Just got a new phone from best buy tried to activate myself didnt work so I called customer service they said I needed to go to a tmobile store, the store needed to input something from there computers so I went to the one closest to best buy which I was in a rush needed to be at work in 30 min I walk in ask them to activate my phone he tells me ok just dial customer service I told him that didn't work I needed his help, I guess since he figured I wasn't buying anything I wasn't worth his time and acting like I was stupid because I couldn't activate my phone he literally walked away from me...so I went to the store on 21st st took them 5 min to set me up. Don't normally do the reviews but they were very disrespectful

Had the best experience today switching my service from Verizon to T-Mobile. Worked with Matt at the Southgate store location and he is an example of total professionalism and customer service. Made this as painless and simple for a senior citizen as humanly possible. Kudos to Matt and hopes that the company appreciates his dedication to his job and their customers. I will definitely refer all my friends and family to switch over.

Dishonest a horrible business practice. They didnt return our phone to Sprint resulting in us being charged for the phone that we traded in. I think they sold it out the back door.. The salesman passed a paper sack of what he told my daughter had weed in it to a friend over the counter while he was working to establish a new account for her. The manager claimed that we didnt turn the phone in then changed his mind and said he would send it back for credit. 2 weeks later we were still having our service interrupted due to the credit not being issued and we had to call Sprint and have them call the manager. Again a week later it still had not been returned and we spent another 2 hours on the phone w Sprint explaining that we turned in the phone and the store "lost" it. I unfortunately had to visit the store and make scene to get the credit processed. This store needs new management and employees

The young man 5hst met me n waited in me was really cordial n professional. I had brought the guys a head scratcher! They had no clue what I was talking about n had no information. Long story short...i was at the store for almost 2 hours. Because they are in transition to merging it was a real puzzle. I have the health issues and this was the longest time in 6 months I've had mask on. ANXIETY!!!!!😳😳😳 thanks to the music I survived. These two gentlemen will be my go to guys. They figured it out. Plus for them they was able to learn more about the processing. I love these guys. They are the BOMB!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH N GOD BLESS.

I hate going into this store. It's not first come first serve. It's crowd the desk to get service don't worry about who has been waiting the longest. When you do finally get service they have no problem taking phone call after phone call making you wait even longer.
