We went in leaving another carrier, because they lied to us every step of the way. We felt dealing with Zac that everything was good and indeed seemed to be. They were going to pay off our contract with ATT so we went with the switch. We even switched our internet provider to them. Matt at the store who I believe is the store manager, told us that if my wife traded in her phone she would not only get a credit but also a new phone. . We were ecstatic. Then it all went to hades, and the lies began, and no help whatsoever from them at the store. Everything was BS, they are used car salesmen, push product and good luck! Long story short, we are dumping there service tomorrow. Thank you for wasting my time!

My family and I were in today to migrate from Sprint to T-mobile. The two guys (Ryan and Matt) were awesome to work with. Very informative and helpful getting up migrated and upgraded to new phones!

they would not refund me my money after i returned my phones. now i have to contact the attorney general because i keep getting the run around from these people.. they say that they just sell the phones.... but not refund you when you decide to take the phones back. STAY FAR AWAY from this place. workers are nice (but so are car dealers), but trey ripped me off for 689 dollars. go to the heath store/s instead.

I usually love the workers there! But i went in an stood there for almost 30 mins while the man behind the counter the two people he was working with,the two infront of me an other people were talking about that stupid pokemon go Game! Need to have more then one person working.
