We like to shop here simply for convenience. We will pay more to get in and get out. Less crowded. It's discouraging to keep purchasing rotten produce week after week though. Every week we've had to throw away tomatoes, berries etc because the whole container is moldy. Otherwise, thank you!

As usual, did not find lipton's zero tea in stock. Had 25 lipton's with lots of sugar. Management said it's up to PepsiCo to stock the shelves and they do not stock much in the way of diet teas. Maybe leave some stock in the back room was my suggestion and/or change PepsiCo product deliveries.

The I’m assuming front end Manager “Julie” is very aggressive when you are checking out. She freaked out over me not having with me my Giant Eagle card to scan and sarcastically said if I didn’t wait for her to scan her card I would just be standing there all day. As I started to scan my energy drink and sat it down on the conveyor belt, she then freaked out again because it was not laying down on the belt the way she wanted it. She moved my drink to her liking; there was no need for her to touch my drink as she wasn’t bagging anything anyway; I was bagging my own stuff. When leaving she did say “have a good night” but at that point I had no deserve to respond and due to me not responding she then added “or not!” For a grown woman in a retail position, she is not very professional. Other employees I have encountered have been polite. Maybe she needs more training on taking pride in the store you represent. Other than that Giant Eagle seems to be a pretty good store with quality produce and a nice deli department.
