First time!! Good selection, fresh products prices were higher than other grocery stores, not as many sales! Good for once in awhile not weekly store! ~Christina

We went in leaving another carrier, because they lied to us every step of the way. We felt dealing with Zac that everything was good and indeed seemed to be. They were going to pay off our contract with ATT so we went with the switch. We even switched our internet provider to them. Matt at the store who I believe is the store manager, told us that if my wife traded in her phone she would not only get a credit but also a new phone. . We were ecstatic. Then it all went to hades, and the lies began, and no help whatsoever from them at the store. Everything was BS, they are used car salesmen, push product and good luck! Long story short, we are dumping there service tomorrow. Thank you for wasting my time! ~Patrick

Brittany was very rude. When we went in she had an attitude and promptly let us know they closed at 6 (45min) and wouldn’t upgrade a phone and add a line. I won’t ever recommend going there due to the attitude alone!!!! Horrible customer service! ~Kelley

Was at this location at 4:45 pm on 5/6/20. I was attempting to use first responder discount at pumps. Accepted my code under loyalty rewards but not my cc swipe. Was prompted to see cashier. Two Male clerks at counter quite honestly acted as if I interrupted their card game and were annoyed at my presence. I disregarded the sale and left.Great thing BP is doing but they should better inform their staff on promotion and freindlier customer service. ~Bert

I hate their website so we go to the store and there are 3 customers ahead of us. We were there over 20 minutes before 1 customer was handled, and I have no idea how long they were there before us. I know that stores don't have the labor they need but one person doing it all isn't gonna work, so after 35-40 minutes we realized this was going to take forever, and we have lives. So now we are checking out spectrum and you might lose 3 customers ~bamarules30

Rob or Darlene have both done our taxes over the last 20+ yr. span. They always do a super job, and at a reasonable price. Getting us our return back quickly. And giving us great advice on all the tax deduction benefits. We highly recommend!! ~Esther
