I hate their website so we go to the store and there are 3 customers ahead of us. We were there over 20 minutes before 1 customer was handled, and I have no idea how long they were there before us. I know that stores don't have the labor they need but one person doing it all isn't gonna work, so after 35-40 minutes we realized this was going to take forever, and we have lives. So now we are checking out spectrum and you might lose 3 customers

I tried to return a phone after two days . because it had no compass!! The owner argued with me for over an hour .he did not want to take it back for any reason ,and then the owner tried to shortchange me going out the door gave me the refund receipt but never actually gave me the cash. I finally got it because there was other people in the store that Saw him stiff me !!.how many times they do that a week ?i will never go there again in my life. total scammers and rip offs

I have been looking for a wireless phone company that we could afford to get unlimited calls text and data and great customer service without having to sell an arm and a leg to do it. I finally went to Cricket in Heath Ohio and spoke with the owner there I explained my dilemma and how horrid that we have been treated buy Sprint Wireless for the last 4 months it was a nightmare trying to deal with Sprint and all the lies and misrepresentations they had told us. The man that I spoke with owns this store and he sells fantastic equipment for almost nothing and the equipment is BRAND NEW and their choices are excellent! I decided to go with the JUST RELEASED LG Stylo 5 and I love it !!! It is a BRAND NEW PHONE and is BUILT on the Android platform ,,.and I am EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THIS LG! Iam. Very picky and I have no patience with High priced tech that Underperforms This LG STYLO 5 actually outperforms the Google Pixel 3a XL and I know 1St hand because I have been using it and the IPhone X and the Samsung all supposedly new phones ..and every single one of them came with problems that were never fixed. Now I am using the Brand NEW LG I got from the CRICKET Authorized retailer in Heath Ohio.. it RUNS FASTER AND USES.LESS BATTERY than all other phones I've bought in the last 2 years combined. Cricket representative and store owner fixed us right up! We are on the unlimited everything plan they got e into the brand new LG AND Ported my husbands IPhone right over and they showed our son a new version of this years Samsung hot model which he really liked. CRICKET offers brand new free phones and absolutely perfect phones brand new phones that are this years flagship models.. and we own them unlocked !! This year's models and we have the best unlimited package that Cricket provides 3 phones for ONLY $90 a month!! And you cannot find a better deal anywhere! The people that work at this store location in Heath Ohio and the location in Newark Ohio are owned by the same people they've been in the wireless sales and information wireless phone business for years they are an AMERICAN FAMILY OWNED LONG ESTABLISHED business they answer all your questions to tell you everything they know about the phones.. they get you set up and you're out the door enjoying the rest of your day with a brand new device. This is a family-run organization the stores they have people that have been coming back to them for years I am now going to be one of those people, my family I will stay with these people for the rest of our lives I really want all of you to come down to these locations look for the Cricket authorized retailer in Heath Ohio and Newark Ohio they have a Brand New model of phone for every major wireless device that you can want! They do have the iPhones they have the Samsung phones they have what you want and you can get a top-of-the-line whatever if you want to pay the money you can or you can get really great phone like I did a superior model an LG I paid $100 and I own the phone unlocked you can't beat that not anywhere.
