I just happened to walk into the Matress Firm while having a phone repaired down the road. I was in need of a bed. I was was not planning on purchasing one but Bob made the experience enjoyable and there was absolutely no pressure. I even had to leave to get my phone from the repair shop to come back to use the financing app on my phone to make the purchase. I work in sales and even I thought there could be a chance I didn't come back. Bob took my word that I'd be back and gave me the information I needed and let me go. When I came back to make the purchase that evening Bob had stayed open later than needed to help me close the deal. It was awesome and I'm in love with my bed. Thank you, Bob.

Robert was amazing!!! This was the second time we went mattress shopping and this was the best experience. Definitely get the adjustable base with massage, I almost fell asleep in the store.

Colin, was very knowledgeable,friendly, funny salesperson. We came into the store to possibly buy a new electric platform to raise the head and feet. We came out of the store purchasing 3 electric platforms 2 mattresses, sheets, pillows, and mattress protectors. Colin made us feel at home with some humor and showed us how passionate he is about getting a good night's sleep. I highly recommend

Both my partner and I went to the Mattress Firm to look for a mattress. Our existing one was too soft, and hurting our backs. We received excellent customer service! Debbie, the Salesperson assisted us and was so friendly! She not only went out of her way to ensure we got the best customer service, we purchased a bed for more than we expected! I know, I know... That isn't always a good thing, especially being a consumer. But, she worked with us and made our visit feel valued and we greatly appreciated that.
