Great first experience at Mor! We were greeted by Kyle and he didn’t make me feel pressured at any time. He let us know he was available if we needed him. I ended up getting a bed, mattress and a couch and he made the whole process so easy and stress free. I could even tell he was happy for me when I was approved for the credit. I just moved back to Reno and needed a sofa but wasn't ready due to boxes all over the house. So I wanted to price some out. Rob at the Plumb store was very helpful. Stayed in contact with suggestions but best of all no pressure. I was in the car business for 25 years and know a good salesperson when I see one. When I was ready went back and asked for Rob and bought what I needed. Highly recommend Him

Purchased a bed and night stand. Salesperson extremely helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for and in my price range. Delivery on time, however the bed hardware was missing. 😢Customer support was fantastic and hardware is on its way! Recommend Mor Furniture all around! 👍

I've have a love hate relationship with this store. I hate going because I always find something that I love and gots to have it. The customer support is always very friendly and very knowledgeable on the products they are selling.
