I wish I could rate this Walmart in the negative...it's that bad!!!! I've experience the worst shopping at this store and it's not my first rodeo here, but I am done! Normally weekends are the busiest time of the week which I understand. What I don't understand is why are the lines pretty much all the way around the store?There is no cashiers and only self checkout available and only one... One Walmart employee incharge of all these self check outs in this store! WHY!? The self check out registers are so old they're so slow and while checking out had multiple problems that the employee had to come over several times to fix it. Not only that other customers behind me were very frustrated as well and taking it out on me! There is never a manager on the floor, just teenager employees walking around that are not very helpful! I highly suggest avoiding this store at all costs! Save your time, money,and patience because you will lose it in this place! I wish the city would come in and retrain everyone at this place or shut it down but since that won't happen I will make a complaint to corporate!

This is for sure the crack pot of Walmart's when it comes to employees. I always have the hardest time getting straight answers from the employees here and it always seems they are very unpleased that someone is asking them a question even though they are working a job in customer service. I'm pretty sure these people have the worst work ethic possible or are strung out on crack because this Walmart has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a retail store. I think the Walmart is G-Ville is much better. I'll be going there from now.

There are not enough employees in this store. I called for service at the customer service counter , after an appropriate amount of time I tracked down a LEAD. Nothing! Honestly it’s almost worth paying more to get help in this store. It is not the employees it’s the lack of them.

Store isn't stocked properly, employees rude and the place is dirty. This has been an issue for years where the items are not priced, in wrong locations or mispriced. They also are constantly pricing items on the shelves differently than what they check out as. It's as if they are purposely "skimming" as prices listed on shelves are always less than what they ring up when we've caught it. Management claims they are "aware of it" but told us face to face that they don't care about it unless a customer brings it to their attention.

The produce department needs a new manager as you can see from the rotten produce I found today. Also, the employees that shop for you at Walmart when you call in your order have no concept of customer service they constantly block the aisles with their big stacked carts.

As most supercenters this is a huge store. The shelves are well-stocked snd the isles are clean and clear. When you can find a store employee they’re friendly and helpful. It’s getting to be typical with Walmart they only had two registers open so they can push you to use scan and go. Which irritates me because I don’t work there and I’m not a checker. That’s why I only give it two Starr’s

Sometimes I question the security. Customers ahould feel safe not stalked. I had people follow me here in the past in a stalker kind of way. I left and came back once I got rid of them. Had them on Dash Cam at one point. I ended up reaching out to the sheriff they were terrible in terms of help. Anyways back to the store tho. Their selection of watches are in a sorry state. I know watches are outdated and all but you would be surprised. People still wear them they are convenient. Finding music cds in the store is a bad choice as well. The speaker selection like accessories and playstation or xbox stuff is lackluster as well. Book selection is so so. The Gardening section isn't that great either. They look like they are hurting for business. Can't keep using COVID-19 as an excuse for everything it hurts the chain it hurts the community although that isn't always a bad thing either many deserve it.
