Smaller JCPenney's. Store looked to be in fairly good organization. Definitely would return. Only downside was we could only find registered to check out at for a fairly busy store.

They have a foodie on sale and the tag read $149, there was another sales tag that stated $199. Both of these tag were hanging on the display product and not attached to the shelf. I had to pay the $199 and the mistake was done by the sales associate. I felt cheated and should have gotten the product for 199 and told them that was false advertisement.

Mother day shopping and we found a beautiful necklace and cross that was just what she wanted. Great sales going on. Pat at the jewelry counter was a great help.

This JC Penney has been around my entire life. It has always been maintained and kept up to date. Great overall selection. One of the better stores in Carson City

This used to be a nice store. It is now rundown just like the Reno, NV location. I have been a Penneys customer for 50 years. I won't shop here anymore only jcp.com from now on.

Xashier was knowledgeable helpful and offered the credit card application which I did and recvd even bigger discount. I purchased online and that process too was easy peasy no hiccups...will do sgain

Customer service is generally fine. They have a lot of clothing that's not my taste, but occasionally I find something. Sale prices are good. Not all the fitting rooms are open yet so walk around if you can't find one right away.

Went for a few items for my daughter. Nice customer service. Giving 4 stars because we had to walk all over to find a dressing room. It would be nice if the sign on the closed dressing rooms would state where the open ones were. Lots of sales and things were even cheaper than the sale tag said

Great selection of clothing for all. Also, purchased snow boots for a steal ! I didn't have any coupons so I asked the cashier if he had any, he said "No, but check online" so we pulled up there site on our phone and there was a 30 percent off coupon right there 😁 the cashier just scanned it from our phone. Very helpful and knowledge staff. Will definitely be back.
