We bought Hermit crabs , and the customer service was Awesome, the young lady really knew her stuff. I will definitely be back to get more things for their enclosure.

I’ve been taking my dogs to Anna for years now and she is such a joy to be around. My animals love her and she takes pride in her work. All the grooming girls are amazing and I won’t take my dogs anywhere else. Highly recommend Anna to anyone who is hesitant and or new to the grooming world.

The petsmart off of 96th st exit in owasso My husband and I went in to buy fish and the sales person flat out said she was not going to sell me the fish I wanted. My husband said he has more than one tank and he will separate it from the other fish he has and she said no. He repeated no? She said no I will not sell you that fish. We will take our business elsewhere. And hopefully anyone who reads this will do the same. If I want to buy a fish and take it home and feed it too my cat that is my business the sales associate does not have the right not to sell it too me.that would be like not selling a mouse or rat to people who take them home to feed their snakes. What right does she have to say no. I never heard anything like it ..I thought petsmart was out to make money and was a retail store not a dictator telling people what they can or can't do with the product they pay for

The staff there is very helpful and I was able to find several things to help with my husband's dog and her fear of they are of fireworks. My goldens are used to the fireworks because they are trained as service animals and their final tests were at Disney World for their fireworks show.

Hadn’t been in a petsmart in along time, walked around, thought of a shopping list of things in my head for my dogs but had to control myself. Purchased large and medium bed, both on sale, got bones, retractable dog fence. Def goin to go back and get the lifted dog bed with canopy. I spoil my dogs lol. Staff was nice and helpful both on the floor and at the register

Let me star of by saying that I am a manager in a customer service center. Anyways, I went in to PetSmart yesterday and they seemed to be very short staffed, with only one person on the register. The line was extremely backed up, all the way to the middle of the store, if not further. The reason I am leaving 5 stars is because of the cashier, Ari R. She managed to maintain a positive attitude, where most people would of been overwhelmed. She was polite to every single patron, kept a smile the whole time, and interacted with customers in line while completing her work duties. She definitely has amazing customer service skills. PetSmart is lucky to have her.

PetSmart isn't local for me but definitely my go to when I really need something. Particularly when welcoming a new pet to the family. Having a new cat we knew we wanted a cat tower since we have a dog that will take some getting used to. Definitely not something you will find at any location. Our new cat also happens to be a little over zealous with digging in litter so we needed a specific litter box. Thankfully there were a lot of options. We spent an hour and a half shopping between the large amount of food choices, cat towers, and litter boxes we were able to be picky with what we really wanted and didn't have to just settle. I was also able to pick some things up for my dog so he wouldn't be too jealous. I found this particular location to not be too over crowded, well stocked, and reasonably priced. They also have the cutest seasonal items for pets. Our kitten got a little red bowtie collar.

So I went to the store today and explained to 2 workers that stand by the fish section what happened to my previous purchase. I told them that I bought some fish and then after less than a week, I returned to the store to buy medicine, because I noticed my fish were ill (they had ick as can be seen on the pictures). I have explained then, to another worker, that even if I was on the 14 day period, I would not want to replace my fish, since I had the disease on my tank, and said I would come later if I had to replace any of the fish. I even pointed to the gentleman that was today working by the cashier. I asked them that I would like to have those fish replaced and I had with me the receipt of the purchase of the fish and the receipt of the purchase of the medicine and I even show them the same fish pictures I am sharing here, to which they promptly identified the disease, to back up my story. None of this seemed to matter as their response was a blunt: "You have to bring the dead fish". I then told them that I had exchanged fish before and nobody before have stated such rule. I understand the logic behind the policy as not everyone is honest and I can clearly see how someone can take advantage of it. On the other hand the total lack of reasoning in front of so much evidence, makes me think why would someone go to so much trouble. I was a frequent customer and I am very frustrated whith the lack of empathy and understanding I had on the store today. I chose to go there to support local business, but from now on, I will go look for my pet supplies anywhere else, unless they coach their staff to think a bit before denying a faithful customer a simple request. They may have saved the store 20 dollars by not giving me a replacement for my dead fish, but they will not get any other cent out of me anymore.
