I go in to get a new phone and trade in my old one. I was told 30-45 min wait, I said “no problem, put me on the list” 2hrs later the manager hasn’t helped one person and the other 5 employees are just taking there sweet time.

For the second time in a month this store tried to take advantage of my family. The first time my daughter was a member of my plan, when she attempted to upgrade her phone the store refused to do the upgrade. She had to get her own line, her phone had stopped working, Because of a promotion on my phone I am having to pay for a line that is not being used; This trip we went into this store to upgrade my daughter-in-laws phone and the salesman failed to inform us of the Galaxy trade-in promotion, she chose a phone based on price, I overheard another salesman talk about the promotion, when I asked about it and we chose to go with the promotion the salesman attempted to charge us a restocking fee. After creating a scene the manager decided to make things right. I have had AT&T cell service for over 15 years, I definitely will reconsider whether to stay when all these promotions are over.

We went to get new phones with a different carrier because we were not happy with our current one. Everything went great with our store rep. We left with exactly what we wanted. New phones, and a new carrier. We left 30 minutes after closing time. We drove far enough away from the store for the Wi-Fi to not reach and our phones lost any service. We hurried back to try to catch anyone at the store to help us but everyone was gone. As I was walking towards the back of the store i fell off the curb of the handicap ramp and shattered my screen protector and severely hurt my knee. We went to a different store the next day and I’m getting my knee looked at by a doctor today. To top it all off our previous carrier wouldn’t release our phone numbers to change over to our new service so we had to go back to the original store to get new phone numbers because our phones stopped working. It is an hour drive to the closest location.

Where do I start? So last weekend we came in to see about trading in my husband's Galaxy A10. We were greeted by a girl who I can't remember her name but we told her why we were there & she told us about the trade in deal for a new galaxy s22. My husband told her what phone he had & she said that it qualfied. We were excited so we then were helped by an associate named Nancy. She was very nice & helpful. She showed us the phones & my husband picked out the s22 & continued with our transaction for the new trade in deal. She also helped us get a discount through my husband's work. We were super pleased. She told us that they were out of phones so it would be mailed to us. We got it super fast & took it in today to have my husband's stuff transfered on to his new phone & to turn in the old. Well he went in & was helped by an associate named Levi who then told him that his phone did not qualify. After ALL that!! He already owned the new phone & had paid the taxes on it the previous visit. But now he is telling us that he can only have the new phone if he pays the $800!! My husband & I were very upset by this. We had just been told by 2 associates the weekend before that his phone DID qualify & now all of a sudden it doesn't. Very disappointed in the whole situation. We feel like since the transaction had already been done that they should of let him have the phone whether or not his phone qualified. It was horrible customer service.

Marquis was very helpful was, he very efficient, he was very knowledgeable, and took care of everything that I needed. He gave me his business card in the event that I needed to call for any additional help once my devices all came in and we were linking them together. He was a very very good AT&T technician
