Best cell phone accessory store in Owasso, Oklahoma (OK) 2024

For the second time in a month this store tried to take advantage of my family. The first time my daughter was a member of my plan, when she attempted to upgrade her phone the store refused to do the upgrade. She had to get her own line, her phone had stopped working, Because of a promotion on my phone I am having to pay for a line that is not being used; This trip we went into this store to upgrade my daughter-in-laws phone and the salesman failed to inform us of the Galaxy trade-in promotion, she chose a phone based on price, I overheard another salesman talk about the promotion, when I asked about it and we chose to go with the promotion the salesman attempted to charge us a restocking fee. After creating a scene the manager decided to make things right. I have had AT&T cell service for over 15 years, I definitely will reconsider whether to stay when all these promotions are over. ~Steve
