Some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Asked for a late fee to be waived one time and they got rude about it and would be understanding to a one time situation!! Will never do business with them ever again!!

Do not go to this store try your best to go through the Tulsa Aarons Rent to Own. I made an online order on September 2nd for a fridge. I went to the store on the 9th due to not hearing anything and not receiving what i had paid for. I spoke with an account manager at the store that told me because of the holiday the delivery truck was behind. The fridge that i ordered would be there on the 10th by no later than 2 pm and it would be delivered that evening. If the truck did not make it by 2 he would call me and would set up another account for something that is in the store. I called at 430 on the 10th and was speaking to the manager. When i explained what was told to me she said that is not what was said and that she would just cancel my order. She cancelled my order and i put a call into corporate and also to the Tulsa store which they are going to see if they can deliver to me in Skiatook. The management at the store was upset that i called them out on not following up with customers that is why my order was cancelled.

Horrible customer service. Gave them card info & they don’t know how to listen to take down correct info. This is after they took dryer to have fixed, and it came back in worse shape then it left. Yeah they took off two payments at the end of contract because I thru a fit. One lady I’ve been on phone with has attitude every time she answers phone.

HORRIBLE communication, and customer service. The night my husband and I went in to get our stuff we were told we would be the first stop in the morning for our delivery date 2WEEKS after we placed our order. I call the day before delivery to confirm and she tells us we are set for the evening delivery I explained we can’t do evening delivery’s and she basically told me her hands were tied she didn’t have a morning slot to put me in, she wasn’t sure what happened but “somehow your papers say evening delivery is best” I said no ma’am I watched her write morning was best. I called back today to see if I could get a time and she said ugh I’m not sure they will call you I explained again I needed to know a time to have someone here since I specifically said we couldn’t do evening delivery’s and then the truth unfolded, she said well I told your sells rep that she needed to call you last week and let you know we only do deliveries that way in the afternoons so I’m sorry you weren’t contacted. Do not only can she not take responsibility for her actions she can’t keep her stories straight. Refuse to do any more business with them!

I like this Aaron's in Owasso. Also over in Tulsa on 71st Street. I personally avoid the Aaron's on 31st and Garnett in Tulsa. I was told one price by another store who called over there for a washer and dryer set. I show up to set up to lease it. The girl tells me a completely different price. Then I say that's not what so and so said. He called over here and asked specifically. Then she's says...If your a preferred customer blahh blahh we can lower the price. I explained I already am. I've bought and paid off stuff since the 1st Aaron's opened over 20 years ago. My file is very thick of paid off stuff. She didn't even bother to look up my info. Very rude. Then as I was leaving and said never mind she literally followed me out of the store arguing with me to come back in. Umm no! I said I'm not doing business in here ever. And I said who are you to harass me outside because you were rude and didn't even bother to look up my info. So...I live closer to Owasso anyways and they had exactly what I needed and at the same price as 71st street. I didn't even ask for the price, it just happened to be that price. They were more than willing to work with me. Also because I'm such a good long time customer I had a free month because of paying off stuff. They were very happy to help me. 31st wasn't hearing anything like that. She didn't even care. Owasso Aaron's is a good place to go to.

I have been a customer with this Aaron's for 4-5 years and have paid items off. This location changes management and personnel more than any place I know. They call even if you've let them know when you are coming to make a payment. My husband has been very ill since last August and is terminal. I have been late on payments but have also paid late fees! I called last week, from the hospital, to let them know it would be Friday before I could pay....the mgr they have now, Maia, is the rudest person I have met in customer service in a very long time. I did file a complaint with customer service was supposed to receive a call back. 8 days later, after taking my pmt from my acct. 2 guys show up to pick up my bed. I did not let them take it and tried again to contact the district manager. You can't get a phone number from any of them! He did try to call me back when I was in the shower. I called right back and was told he would be gone until Wed now! I'm sure she will send someone tomorrow to pick it up.I did call the customer service back and have sent them my complaint number but have heard nothing. I guess its not important to them.
