I came into champs looking for some new running shoes. I had a few options in mind but most the employees seemed to busy for me. Thankfully one names Ivan came up to me and asked if I needed help. I told him I was looking for some running/basketball shoes. He gave me some advice on a few different popular pairs. He brought me 3 pairs of my size going out of his way. I was glad he did because I tried them all on and one of the pairs was perfect. Like if it was made for me. I've been to all the shoe stores at Arden but never had a great experience like I did the other day. Thanks again Ivan!

No customer service. Employees walk right past customers to chat with their friends. Went and spent the money at Foot Locker just above it way better service.

An asian women (I didn't catch her name) presumably the manager, told me that I couldn't return my foot locker items here, only exchange. I told her the internet said differently and she said sorry only exchanges, foot locker is close by. So I called Footlocker and they told me that as long as its been under 45 days I should be able to return my item at any Footlocker franchise store including this one. I submitted a complaint to corporate about it so hopefully they will never have to lie about this again.

Went just day's before X-mas, selection was slimmer than usual, but that's not their fault. Staff was a little annoying as someone asked if I needed any help like literally every 2 minutes, but the positive is that they were happy I was there and I could have gotten help at any given moment. I'm glad they were able to stay open and be well staffed. 5 Stars Earned

Store Manager needs help with dealing with situations and how to make the shopping experience better. Not saying put employees or one self in the line of getting hurt, but when a customer is verbally attacking another customer call security. What he does is tell the customer who was being attacked to leave the store and said little to nothing to the customer who was disturbing the store.
