Lot of shoppers out today. Found some nice basket on sale, prices below $10. Couldn't find any Fall suade/leather skirts or jackets. Nor dark burnt red boots. Restroom floor was filthy. Suggest bring in more Fall suade/leather skirts & jackets & boots. I'll keep searching other Ross Stores.

Ross is always my go to store. Reasonable prices. More stores are available in in South Sacramento and elk grove California

There are good deals, but it's usually messy and items are broken or damaged in some way. It's gone downhill over the years. It used to be a great place for cheap name brand stuff, but now it has a lot of cheap things. I rarely shop here anymore.

My visit here today was great, there was plenty of staff on the floor and at the registers. The store itself looked great but it's kinda disturbing that the moment you walk in your not only greeted by an associate at one of the registers "Welcome in!" Lost prevention/Door Security as well, like are that many people really trying to runout with that often withhandfuls of discounted items that are maybe 1/4 less than full retail.. Overall I love all the different items that are there to choose from and the overflowing selections of clothing, shoes and random items like it's a last stop for all your looking for store and the prices can be great or fair. Thank you all those working during these crazy times Much Appreciated!

The employees (more than one) were extremely rude tonight (2/12/22). I’m not one to post reviews or bad mouth anyone but their customer service was beyond subpar. One employee rolled her eyes and whispering to another worker that I was “in her way” as I was trying to shop. When I looked up at her, both her and the other worker looked at me and hushed up real quick. I looked past that, whatever. Then over the intercom at 9:18 pm another stated verbatim, “attention Ross customers… we will be closing soon. Very soon.” Then click. That is not how you inform your customers at all. I spent maybe half hour in there max, and when I went up to checkout, the cashier (who was the announcer) made the same exact announcement and didn’t greet me or say a mere hello or even look at me the entire time. It felt unreal at this point. Never have I ever felt such a lack of service in any place or business. And for the record I work in retail management. I’m still in shock at the gall of these closing employees here at this store. I hate to say it but I’m compelled to call corporate over this. It was uncomfortable to say the least.

I came in shortly after 5pm. Had a basket full of clothes ready to spend hundreds. Went to the dressing room to make sure everything fits and the lady there said she closes in 5mins an is no longer letting people in. Yet the store is opened until 11pm and it's not even 6pm?? Makes no sense, as a customer I should be able to try on the items at least until 9pm, I get closing it kind of early. Also if the dressing rooms close before 6pm you are stopping hundreds of customers whom themselves do not get off work until 6pm from trying the items they want on. Bad business choice.

Love ross they have great summer things and stuff for Easter and st Patrick day pool toys much more dog toys. Great service sweet cashiers
