Pizza Hut you need to add more ingredients to the Pizza, cos it tastes like you're only eating Bread. A little more sauce and cheese would make a big difference. I bought a pizza with a $13.95 coupon, 1 topping with a thick crust, one of the worst pizza's I have eaten in Reno Nevada!

Placed an online order from them last night. It said 30 to 50 minutes, after about 30-40 minutes it said my order is out for delivery. I had to call because after waiting over a half hour for the driver to show up I called, no one could even find my order. Then the driver shows up after my food was sitting around for over 45 minutes. The food was cold, smashed, and just bad. No quality control. They did not care that my food was cold and taking nearly a hour in the back seat to be delivered. When I went to call back to let them know that my food was bad and cold no one picked up.

This place is totally awesome. Got some Buffalo hot and they were extremely polite. Seems like a very happy environment and I highly recommend for anyone in the area. Better than wing stop

Just picked up a Pepperoni and Ham Stuffed Crust and its absolutely delicious! Contact less curbside pick up was quick and the employee was friendly. The pizza was baked to perfection, perfect amount of ham and pepperoni and cheese. The stuffed crust was the best I've had in a while. The wings were nice and crispy and everything came warm and straight out the oven. Quite frankly, the best pizza hut pizza I've had in a while!

Pizza was not fresh, dough tasted old and was chewy. The toppings were not applied proportionally. Overall not a good experience. Delivery driver was super nice. I paid over $40 for a pizza, sticks and soda. Very unsatisfied

While placing my order online, I tried multiple times to log in to see my points and see if I could apply any. I was never able to login so not only did I not get to see how many points I had, no points were added to my account for the order I did finally make. However, the pizza tasted great and was ready on time.

Thank you for putting the stickers on the boxes over the tabs so the delivery folks can't mess with the products. We had an incident with some "human fluids" on a Domino's pizza earlier this year and my kids are just now only trusting pizza again because of those stickers on yours. Everything turned out great. You'd be surprised how difficult life is these days when the kids refuse to eat any delivery food at all...

We ordered online for delivery while staying at a hotel in Reno. Our order arrived before the estimated time and our food was freshly made. Our delivery guy was also very nice and funny. We will definitely order from Pizza Hut again.

Ordered a Meaty PZone that was poorly made with little to no fillings inside of it. The top of the PZone had no butter and garlic brushed on it, nor was it seasoned with any parmesan cheese and spices as it's supposed to be made. I requested from the cashier that I wanted an additional cup of marinara sauce and I only received a cup that was only filled halfway (see pic). Additionally the cup of marinara sauce that came with it was also only filled halfway. Such a ripoff to the customer who expects to pay for what they should be getting. So essentially I ran out of marinara sauce, since I technically only received one cup, when I wanted two! Only rating 1 star since the clerk was polite with me when he took my order. Never again Pizza Hut, I'm tired of getting orders that are not satisfactory and below quality standards. Will be dealing with Domino's and Little Caesars, where quality in producing delicious products still exist!
