Great customer service. They made my pizza incorrect, by mistake, but gave me a free soda while I waited for it to be re-made correctly.

They are often super busy and have to deal with stressed out hangry customers. I appreciate being able to get decent food at a fair price. I especially love the app 5.99-now 7.99 deals.

Honestly I’ve never had an issue. My orders are always accurate and always hot when I get it. I love the pizza tracker and knowing who’s worked on my pizza. Today Haider made my pizza and it was fire. So thank you sun valley crew. You hold it down and deliver good pizza.

Not great 1st interaction. Signed up online ordered online recevied error message 3 times gave me store to call. I call the girl says yes my order went through gave him my information three times she said yes it went through about an hour and a half for delivery okay I would have close by call the store cuz I can't find it on the online tracker he says they never received my order I told him the girl confirmed it three times come and give me an hour and a half he said I'm sorry sir I can take your order now if it's going to be an hour and a half asleep that's not acceptable I've already waited an hour and a half and now you're telling me I'm not going to get any pizza what are you going to do to make me happy I asked this is nothing there was nothing he could do he could take my order and that was it no discount no offer of anyting I just believe that this was completely unacceptable so the next night another friend wanted pizza so what we can try it is the closest but you know this is what happened to me and so tonight would be better we ordered everything went smoothly however I still can't wait for Pizza Hut open across the street

Half the time you can't order delivery and when you can it always takes like 2 hours to get. So after getting a call from the manager regarding a recent order. Was promised a free order I'm thinking fantastic these guys really do care. After waiting for the coupons for 2 months. I've officially given up. After multiple screw ups undercooked pizza and 3 hour long delivery waits. Empty promises I'm no longer ordering from them

Almost always (nobody is perfect) my orders have been correct, and the three times out of a hundred or so that the order wasn't right, it was fixed or reimbursed immediately and without any argument necessary. Drivers are always nice, respectful and the food is good. Especially for the price! Love this place!!!

I'm a regular at this store and I've been thoroughly let down. Inconsistent service, poor topping placement, irresponsible store manager, workers don't care about customer service and every delivery driver I've ever had has been rude. Highly recommend driving the extra 10 minutes to go to literally any dominos other than this one. Also my order that was estimated to take one hour took 2 and a half to even get here.

I think dominoes has been our go to pizza delivery favorite for over 20 years and hopefully will be for the next 20 years. We can always depend on them on evenings we just don't feel like cooking. The more that order insure they will be around for a while, so what are you waiting on?!!
