We went late at night service was ok even though something was forgotten we circled around and the lady at the drive through acted like we were crazy until they saw our receipt and this other guy fixed it for us and was polite lastly the ice cream was bomb as in the best I've ever had from a McDonald's

Ordered a single meal. Paid, they then told me to park in one of the spots for drive thru, proceeded to give food out to the next 3 cars and then came to my car with Cold food that looked like it’s been sitting all day. Fed up with this regularly happening done with this location, Id rather go to the next one here on out…

poor customer service. Waited 45 mins for my food while these workers were busy talking , when asked about my order they didn't know what happened to it.

I went into the place because I had a special order, they still messed it up, my burger looked like it was dropped on the floor, MacDonald"s needs quality control as apparently they do not have. They got my order completely wrong, but if you are going to this place it's because you don't have much time, so you don't bother going back in to complain about the mess-up, because when you do they just give you that "deer in the headlights" look. Really sad. Under staffed place.

What can I say, it's McDonald's. Everyone pretty much is in the know about this place. This location is 24hrs, it's clean and the staff are kind, attentive & professional. Even in the wee hours of the morning. Although this location has a really hard time operating or cleaning the Frap Machine & Milkshake Machine. It's always down. Which for me is the only reason I go to McDonald's in the first place. Having said that it's an all around goto and favorite of mine.

Rude and unattentive staff. When I arrived in drive thru with my mobile order confirmation I was told that was not valid and to redeem inside. When coming inside was told my order did not exist and would not be made even though I had a confirmation and had been charged. It was one young kid trying to work the computer with shift leads and managers just standing around bs watching the kid struggle.

Not only did the drive thru worker have the audacity to make it weird, creating an already unpleasant interaction, but he then handed me a chicken sandwich with quite literally nothing on it. Two dry, over-toasted buns and a patty. I even paid for extra toppings, and instead I got none. I'm truly disgusted by men apparently incapable of being kind or polite without making it weird or creepy. It's not flattering or appreciated. Now I'm in a bad mood, out ~$9, and have to go buy something else when I'm already so busy today. An extra star just because I feel bad for the worker actually taking the order. He took it down correctly! Though he seemed to be struggling.

Drive-thru was quick. They got my order completely backwards. I ordered no cheese and extra tartar sauce. Instead I had extra cheese and no tartar sauce. So I went back through the drive-thru and just got my money back. I don't want them to make my sandwich right with something else added in it.
