Brittany was very rude. When we went in she had an attitude and promptly let us know they closed at 6 (45min) and wouldn’t upgrade a phone and add a line. I won’t ever recommend going there due to the attitude alone!!!! Horrible customer service!

So with having high phone bills to pay and only one person working in the store I left if I work ten hours six days how long u want me to wait when I pay u monthly .and how long is to long to wait on the phone last time it was 45 mintues I do value my time when I'm not working I'm sure u guys do too right Verizon customer service went terrible .

On June 1st 2021 my friends and I went to the store to get her on my plan and to upgrade my phone. We we worked with Aaron M. He was great to work with very funny and patient with us. He even stayed after hours when my friends content was taken longer to transfer over to her new phone.

Even after us having to wait in the store due to technical issues at no fault of there own she remained calm and allowed us to leave and called when the system was back up. Will never go anywhere else or have anyone other than Ashley wait on me.
