After more than 30 years of using multiple storage units at this place, the owner took it upon himself to cut the locks off and throw everything away. This was NOT due to lack of payment either. My mom passed away and I walked into his office to personally inform him and give him my name, address, phone number and email address with instructions to change the account to me. A couple of months later I realized I hadn't received a bill... so I again walk into the office only to be told all of my mothers possessions had been trashed! Without sobbing, I asked why he didn't call me... he said he didn't know what to do. UNACCEPTABLE. I was not provided an opportunity to do anything about this...and to top it off, he tells me..."it all looked like junk anyway..." Really? This is what you tell someone who just lost their mother...and now the memories once thought to be protected in storage? Absolutely ridiculous.

Red storage is far and away above all other storage facilities in the area. My wife and I met the owner of Red Storage maintenance crew while we were filling our unit. They were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We would rent from them again.

My belongings have been in great care always dry , no nice that is a huge plus. Mike is the best he always goes the extra mile for customers.

They raise fees on storage units without notice. And with this covid going on people in bad spots and they just raise the rent makes no since. Service: Moving-related storage

Very Good as my storage seems to be in good hands an above all inline with easy access as mike does a great just job !! Nothen gets buy the eye of great interest in out or in .thanks it's a storage as best to Heath an licking county.

They make a business of selling your stuff. They won't charge your credit card then say you didn't pay your bill. Avoid.

Facilities are ok but obviously no concern for maintaining customer. I receive an email notice every month that I owe. Every month I have to call to clear it up and am told it's a computer problem. This month it said my property was going to auction. Same call to Michael same response but when I said if something didn't change I would have to pull my stuff out I was told it's as simple as that, pull your stuff out!!!! Wow nice divergent properties.

Facilities are nice. Manager has no idea how to do his job, speak to customers, or how to maintain confidentiality (addresses, names, etc). He does not return phone calls, emails, or anyone who is not "his kind".
