They should change their closing time to 6. Apparently with lifts and power tools it takes more than 15 minute to swap 2 tires. Or maybe these guys work at Walmart because they lack the initiative to work over 5 minutes. Everytime I go to this Walmart they always take care of me. Got a new tire put on over a month ago, purchased the insurance and ended up getting a screw in it and one of the techs was more than helpful to me. Fixed it, he was fast and great to work with and no charge to me. Win win. Will be back! Service: Tires

If you can get them to answer the phone, you can schedule an appointment for them screw your car up in any number of ways... It's like having a worst friend who's horrible at fixing cars, but *also* secretly can't stand you. Seriously, go almost anywhere else.

They tried to rip me off on lifetime balancing which is something you don't need I've never had to jist get my balanced after installation

Waited in line for 50 minutes only to be told that they weren't able to do oil changes for 5 days. Then, they canceled that appointment a half hour before without rescheduling me.

They made me stand waiting for over 15 mins and then the employee did not do anything to exchange my battery that won't hold charge and is still under warranty. Then the incompetent store manager Melissa says oh well come back and try again Service: Battery

I use to go here all the time. I just bought 4 new tires last year, get oil changes and even bought a battery with a warranty. So what happened was my battery had to get jumped 2 different times and when it got jumped it was tested per AAA. Even took the vehicle to O'Reilly to get battery tested. Both places says it needed replaced it said 9.something I think. So I take it to Walmart to get a and they let my battery charged for two hours before they test it to see if it was bad and came back and said that the battery's fine they don't know what's wrong with it so they refuse to replace it. I never seem to be able to get to a manager higher up. Show I went ahead and ran on the drive my vehicle like that usual and then again two weeks later my battery said had it tested again through AAA and then again there this time instead of going back out to Walmart and try to get me a new battery I went ahead and bought a battery somewhere else but lifetime

Not amazing service at the Tire Center however I understand it was the day before Thanksgiving. I also was informed that just because the tires you want are in stock when you make the appt doesn't always mean they will be when your appt actually occurs. It makes sense just annoying.

Today Walmart lost my auto service business for good. I have had numerous bad experiences here in the past but have overlooked it for the cheap price of getting tires installed. I've always had to deal with rude and inconsiderate associates and today was the last straw. It has always been first come first serve and I even read that online yesterday but when I came in at opening time today they said they were doing it by appointment only. In the past, they damaged my vehicle and it had to be towed to Sears for repair. Walmart did pay for this, but they were very hesitant to do so. They claimed that they could not find my information in the system so they weren't sure who did my previous oil change and that was who was responsible for the damage to my oil pan. Luckily, after searching all of my vehicles and my house I was able to find my paper receipt that Walmart was not able to find via my phone number and prove that they were the one who did the previous oil change. I am tired of the poor customer service here and will pay the $50 difference to get tires installed on my vehicle at Tire Discounters. I would also like to add that, in the past, They have been rude to me when I've tried to make appointments because that is not their policy. I have called and they have told me that they weren't busy but they are first come first serve so they cannot guarantee my spot if people come before I make it there. Extremely poor customer service.
