The atmosphere at this dealership was very professional and not intimidating. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their jobs here. I want to thank Ben G. for taking the time to show me several motorcycles and for sharing his personal expertise about them. As a first time Harley buyer, he really made me feel comfortable and went over everything nice and slow. No pressure at all to buy anything. Brian C. also was very helpful with his knowledge on the finance side of things. Even buying some riding gear was a great experience. The service team made sure my motorcycle was in top condition before I rode it home. Every aspect of motorcycle riding was addressed well above and beyond expectations. From the novice to the life-long rider, this place has you covered. Thanks again Ben!

I went to this dealership to look at a motorcycle they had for sale. The salesman I met showed the bike to me, and started it also. At this point I was interested in the bike and how it rode as I had never ridden that model before. I asked to take a test ride and was quickly told that numbers needed to be solidified before I could even test ride the bike. I have never went to a dealership and had this sort of problem. Sale lost at this point due to off the wall policies. 1 star rating, do not reccomend.

Mike and Gary were fantastic help to me. Strongly recommend asking for them in the store. I went to the cleveland location and the staff there was nothing compared to Mike and Gary at Cuyahoga falls.

Very dissapointed. First time to the store since moving and brought the bike in to get it ready for the summer. Person called back and reviewd over there suggestions of what needed to be done and I let them know what sounded good. Never given any prices and was called back saying it was done. Went in and was given the price. Double what I was expecting and wasn't approved. No managment involvment or further discussion. I paid, but sadly will probably look around for somewhere else. 5/11 updating my review and changing from a one star to a three. Though still dissapointed with my first experience, the manager contacted me to find out what happened and listen to what I had to say. The manager was very polite and seemed sinsear being interested what I had to say. Though no changes were made or offered he did invite me to contact him if ever any future issues or conserns. I do appriciate the follow up.

Came across a few issues with my light installation. The manager Kevin made sure he fixed the issue & kept great communication with me during the process of reinstalling the lights. Hey, things happen but taking ownership & correcting the problem is a huge + for me!!!!!!!!!! Thanks guys

Great dealership! Bought two bikes from Mike Radford and Brian Cameron,(floor sales manager). Very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, easy to deal with. Made our experience pleasurable. Mick from finance, was also nice to deal with. Great dealer aside from the rest! 👍

the apparel lady was very helpful and nice but the girl at the parts counter was acting like I was bothering her by asking her to look up a part for me. this is not the first time I had a bad experience with the parts counter, the other time was on the phone and was very rude and short with me.

Worth the drive on Rt 8. 😎 Had to return a shirt for my Dad, but they didn't have the size I needed. Instead of just taking the return, Jo found one at their sister dealership and ordered for me. Great customer service and a fun vibe here.

This place is friendly welcoming soon as you walk in the door they offered us a gift card. Dear indy Harley dealers take a hint 😉 😜 we almost had Harley # 4 ? But we didn't but made it worth it barbe was an amazing sales person with help from the young lady. We will be back. We live in Indianapolis was visiting for our kids baby shower ... not nobody's fool I know harleys this ain't chief but still a good place

It's a Harley dealership. They have some good stuff a lot of used bikes. Never had anything serviced here yet. What heard both good and bad. Do have a good selection of things- they had a couple parts that other dealerships didn't have or would take a while to order. Glad they do a lot for the community.
