The atmosphere at this dealership was very professional and not intimidating. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their jobs here. I want to thank Ben G. for taking the time to show me several motorcycles and for sharing his personal expertise about them. As a first time Harley buyer, he really made me feel comfortable and went over everything nice and slow. No pressure at all to buy anything. Brian C. also was very helpful with his knowledge on the finance side of things. Even buying some riding gear was a great experience. The service team made sure my motorcycle was in top condition before I rode it home. Every aspect of motorcycle riding was addressed well above and beyond expectations. After driving around NE Ohio, for the part I needed, only to discover it was the wrong part. This was after I was asked at this store repeatedly the same questions to assure it was the right part. So after discovering this was the wrong part by ( there trained staff) I called the store. Only to be indirectly called a liar by staff. Then the ( trained staffer blamed me for there mistake. Thats crossing the line!!!!! In any business. I hope the directect manager has better customer service then this guy's at this location. He will be here my case very soon No accountability at all here ~Joseph
