Best car repair in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio (OH) 2024

I came in last minute during the winter storm because my tire was leaking air quicker than I can keep up with it. Logan was working in the front and he was SO helpful and quick to fix my tire. I was in and out in 40 min tops! Great customer service on Logan’s behalf and quick mechanic work for the “back office”. Thank you again! I’ll be coming back here for my future car services. ~Tatiana

I have spent some money at this store but not anymore. After thinking my part was going to be there at a certain time and being told that I made a mistake and showed up. I did not care for the most experienced guy's attitude. There are a lot of auto part stores around. ~Billa

After driving around NE Ohio, for the part I needed, only to discover it was the wrong part. This was after I was asked at this store repeatedly the same questions to assure it was the right part. So after discovering this was the wrong part by ( there trained staff) I called the store. Only to be indirectly called a liar by staff. Then the ( trained staffer blamed me for there mistake. Thats crossing the line!!!!! In any business. I hope the directect manager has better customer service then this guy's at this location. He will be here my case very soon No accountability at all here ~Joseph
