I came in last minute during the winter storm because my tire was leaking air quicker than I can keep up with it. Logan was working in the front and he was SO helpful and quick to fix my tire. I was in and out in 40 min tops! Great customer service on Logan’s behalf and quick mechanic work for the “back office”. Thank you again! Great service. Had my car brought here because it wouldn't start. They looked at it right away. They tested the alternator and said it was good. Come to find out it was the battery. They replaced my old one with the new one I had in my car free of charge. Thanks Gary the manager sorry if I forgot your name. I just had Shaw Auto install a hitch on my suv this week. I don't have the most flexible schedule, so I appreciate them being patient and getting the work done on my day off. The price was reasonable and the time it took for installation was great. Would definitely recommend. ~Anthony
