I have been coming to this location for over 7 years. Not once have I had a bad experience or service with this group of people. They get the job done at a fair price and let you know things that can be held off for a later time. They were able to repair a tire with a screw in it in a quick time. Appreciate them as they did not try to charge me for anything additional just took care of what I needed in a timely fashion. Service: Tires

If i could give 0 stars i would. This place is obviously prejudice and unless you are not Caucasian you wouldn't understand, sorry. I know you hear it a lot but these people are crooks and made it their plan to try and ruin me. I go there for services and end up getting coerced into repairs that were unnecessary. They had the nerve to make me wait damn near two days for my car and showed arrogance. I had to aquire a theft/traffic case due to them having an upper hand because they are a huge corporation which is hard to even reach corporation. Just because i paid court fines does not mean I did anything illegal. Midas and co decided to try and keep my car if i didnt pay right up. Could not even explain as to why it needed that repair. These guys took me to court and defamed my character and now hurt my background. Even slandering my name in court. My service writer was Colin Rankin and Adam Roach. The owner Paul was also arrogant and did not care what happen just wanted money. They had the audacity to make it about money as if to say it is all my fault. I would advise to go to a more professional place. When i get a lawyer i will sue for defamation.

Had a flat tire and they were able to get my car in almost immediately for a tire repair. Adam and the whole staff were extremely helpful and accommodating since the first time Ive been to Midas! Thank you guys again! Service: Tires

Horrid experience. Came in for an oil change then basically told my car was falling apart. For example shown that my tie rods needed replaced immediately....they could barely move my tire. They took advantage because I am female and thought I knew nothing. When I denied any repairs, my transmission line mysteriously springs a leak after they finish changing my oil. Came in for a routine service and left without my vehicle. They closed up shop and left me sitting in the parking lot trying to work out a ride home. I have now missed work and doctor's appointments and still have not heard back from their customer service. I will never ever go back. Service: Oil change

We have purchased tires, brakes, the usual from here. However, a few weeks ago when there was a bunch of snow and it was super cold out, my tires were low on air. The free air pumps in the area were conveniently not working and I hate to pay for air. I pulled into Midas and within 15 minutes, they pulled my truck in and filled all of my tires with air! Fast, friendly and great customer service!

Been waiting for 2 hours and paying for 2 hours worth of labor as my car and several others sit in the garage without a worker in sight. For almost 30 minutes now, no one has touched my vehicle. As soon as I took a photo of the garage without a worker in it and one noticed, now all of the sudden, they all walked out and back to work. Glad I'm overpaying for a service that takes this long. I could've fixed my own pads and rotors in less time, without a lift. Also, apparently my paperwork states I have an oil leak, but no one said a word to me about it while I was there or I would've made it a priority. Never again. This place is horrible.
