Glenn, Decklan & Logan were all very professional and kind. They got me in quick with no appointment, explained things very well, and worked with me to take care of my tire issue. They also worked with my warranty company to make sure the work I needed was covered, which was greatly appreciated. I am thankful for the fast service, great communication and professionalism. Also, thank you to the mechanics who performed the work!

Great experience! Declan was awesome and helped me pick better tires than the ones I originally chose when making my appointment online! They would've been a major downgrade but he saved that from happening!

Very nice people here. They don't try to upsell you or get you to purchase things you don't need. I needed new tires and they were able to squeeze me in same day. I would definitely recommend coming here. They are willing to quote with no pressure.

I come to NTB in the Falls for all my car services. Everyone is very polite and do a great job. The store manager Declan is VERY helpful and friendly. I always feel confident going to and leaving the shop knowing I’ve been taken care of at the lowest price they can offer me.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change. When I called , the guy on the line was really polite and helped me set up my appt fast. I went in and dropped it off, they got it done really fast! They called me shorty after my wife came and picked me up. I went back and picked her up and took her home. Definitely coming back! Having good customer service is what makes people come back! Also the price for the oil change was great

In late December I had a tire blow out on me and NTB was right around the corner. So I pulled in and explained I needed tires and an alignment. The guys at the store were so helpful. After getting everything done that night a few weeks later my car was totaled. I had to get a new used car and knew nothing about this car other then I needed tires an alignment. When I got to the store the guys remembered me and were so helpful. I ended up needing 4 tires and they got me in an out quickly. NTB on Howe ave is one of the best around. They don’t over sell on you on things you don’t need and are really upfront and honest. Best tire place around!!!

Declan and his team went above beyond. It was a cold day and the weather was something fierce. I needed four tires mounted and balanced but they were not at the location. They took the time to round them up quickly for me. I was able to wait inside in the warm, inviting lobby where Logan entertained me with titillating conversation. I believe the technicians name was Chuck?, He was very knowledgeable and took time to tell me proper tire maintenance. This location in the past was hit or miss, but will get my business from now on.
