I bought new handlebars and heated grips for my triglide and had them installed, unfortunately the wrong brake line was selected so when I went to pick the TG up I was told it would be Monday before it would be ready, this was Thursday, Friday we planned to ride to Gatlinburg to get married, Adam and Larry got with HD and had it overnighted , then had It ready for me Fri afternoon Thanks No Cages!

Nobody was up beat and if your just looking around they treat you like your stealing from them if you pick something up someone is right behind you wanting to take it from and they put it at the counter I felt like I should walk around with my arms raised high in the air so I could look around without them making feel like a thief so it's best for me not to visit this HD anymore

Paid almost 2 grand in repairs new tires. Fluid change And had a motor Mount fixed over half the repair we’re not done the back tire will not hold air more then a day called them to see if they fixed the problem long story short is they told me I have to pay for them to fixed the problem tire don’t have more then maybe a thousand miles and I have check there nothing in them I will not trust them with my road king again. Hope no one else has a problem like I did to make it worse they said I needed if I decline them I would have to sign a waiver for me to pick up my bike but they won’t fix a tire they put on that will not hold air

They were absolutely great ,had break down on way to Tennessee,they came and got me and fixed it same day , absolutely great, Service Manger was great , everyone very nice ,love the experience,thanks so much again guys,your wonderful

I took my bike out there to get a starter repaired and have a key fob reprogrammed I went picked up my bike took it around the corner….. open up the bag after I had lunch to put my hat in the bag and water poured out of my bag speaker lid I took it back told them they got water all in my bag with my amps in it they continued to tell me that they’re not aware that It was working when I drop it off also they said they wash every bike after being repaired and I should’ve told them that I didn’t want the bike washed they should’ve been more safe on what they was doing and not just spraying water on people speaker grills to get water down in the bags to soak all their property and ruin all their amps

He went as far as guiding me through pages and sounds of exhaust, and purchased a set of slip ons from him. Extremely professional and very helpful, I would recommend asking for Doug every time you call in, I know I will be! Thanks Doug...
