Big Store, huge & nice collection, quality of the products is good. Sorting in Shelves can be improved. There is definitely huge scope for improvement in organizing and better presentation in some sections like pottery, home decor. Billing queue is horrible only 3 counters for 3 lines of queue. Took almost an hour to get billed. ~C

Went there to spend at least a hundred dollars. Needed to replace the strainer basket in our kitchen sink. I asked for a spanner wrench to remove the strainers. The heavy guy (about 60) tried to sell me a tiny little wrench that would not have even come close to fitting. When I told him it would not work he walked away. On way past the cashier she asked if he had helped us. He replied to her yes but they were to stupid to realize it.. went to Ace just down the street and gave the owner the same request. With in a few minutes we had the correct wrench and have now finished our project. Have a hard time believing big boy is still employed at Washington. ~Vikki

The Bullet team is the best! They just finished spraying out our second Jeep interior with Bullet Line and I couldn't happier. As always it was so easy to schedule the work, seamless drop off, quick turnaround, flawless finish and a great price. I recently saw a glider I liked but couldn’t stay to get information. I returned the next day not realizing I was about 30 minutes early before they opened. Hubert was at the door and politely asked me to wait until he could get paper and pen and we walked out to see the glider. We went inside, I found the colors I wanted and ordered and was on my way in less than 20 minutes, all done before they unlocked the doors. I really appreciated their courtesy.
