I called to schedule an appointment to get some work done on my shadow. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude, told me that this was a Yamaha/ Suzuki dealership and I would have to take my bike somewhere else. I have had the bike serviced there for last 3 years and the previous owner since was purchased new in 94.... Never again!!!!

The mechanic is knowledgeable and friendly, front desk less so. It took me 2 and a half months to get an appointment for a repair (busy, somewhat understandable) but now it's been over 2 months there and still no motorcycle. Also, no calls or updates from them other than what I have had to call in and push for. So yes 4 months total of waiting and still counting. Not a good experience.

Picked up my new Yamaha MT-07 yesterday from Action! Heather was excellent to work with from the first time I called them looking for one when there were none on showroom floors anywhere, putting up with me every week asking about the status of delivery, to the day I picked up! Made buying my first motorcycle extremely easy. Dave was also very friendly going over the bike with me and making sure I felt comfortable before leaving to ride home. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a motorcycle, dirt bike, or atv.

Bought a wr250r from Action. One of the best experiences i've ever had purchasing a vehicle of any kind. Service department knows what they are doing, and sales staff was extremely helpful without being pushy. Got the deal i wanted, got the bike i wanted, and could find a single thing to complain about. Action is definitely a place to consider, i would go as far as to say it should be the first place you look. My new "goto" shop for sure. Thanks for the great bike, great deal, and great service!!
