Bad, bad customer service. Waited 10+ minutes to be checked in, was told about a 40 minute wait where I would be notified when they were close to my appointment, they notified me and I responded and was there one minute later, they put me back into another 40 minute wait and announced to the store that I missed my appointment. When I corrected them that I was there within a minute, I was ignored.

The worst customer service. They do not know their services and they will lie to you. Their reply is a joke. Tell me how you are to fix things. Call me direct and ask me my issues. My review is going to do nothing to fix your problems. You are a joke just like your inside employees.

Wasted 2 hours of my life today for an issue that could have been fixed in 5 minutes. I was originally told that I had an hour plus wait, so I went next door and did some work. I came back in, and stood waiting for an additional 30 plus minutes while people who came in after me that were apparently “just buying accessories” were helped. The system of telling people, wait in the store for an hour, and that they are on an imaginary waitlist makes no sense to me. If I got a text saying I was on a list, why wouldn’t I receive a text when my turn came up? It would make it easier so customers don’t waste hours at Verizon.

was very unhappy with the manger who’s in my personal belief was making us wait longer becuase of my skin color me and my girlfriend were in the store and had to wait a HOUR!! to be seen and while the manger orchestrated the team to work around us while feeding us the same line “someone will be right with you” for almost a hour..only (white people) who just came in and had reservations could be immediately seen,made me very uncomfortable and very unsatisfied

Still nothing resolved...worst consumer experience ever! My experience with Verizon has been a disaster. I did not receive one promotional item that was promised to date: Apple Watch Rebate $500 gift Card $999 trade-in value Not ONE! STILL NOTHING! I have not been contacted by anyone at Verizon to date - been going on for months! Is there a ZERO star review??? March 30, 2022 - Still NOTHING from Verizon...NOTHING. The entire Customer Service is a disaster. I recommend you stay away from Verizon.

Came in at 5:30 and was told there'd be a 50 minute wait and was placed on a wait list. Waited in my car and the store closed at 7 without a call or update. So frustrating. I'd go elsewhere.

Okay, I just have to say Wow!! Chris, Sumair and Tamara were absolutely wonderful! My Blind MIL and I came in to get her a new IPhone and they all spent so much time helping us! My MIL can’t believe how great these three were to us! Thank you so much for everything! We will be back for future purchases!

They changed store hours opening 1hour later. Then they refused to open @10a, even though their signage indicated they changed to 10a opening. They refused or turned away at least 15 customers!!! Time to look for a new carrier! Just as we were leaving they opened the store @ 10:20a. We were third in-line. We were taken care of by Associate Lela who was wonderful! 5*! We bought two additional phones plus accessories! She was excellent! Found out that Omicron had most of the staff out ill.
