Me and my child dined in. Food was nice and hot, came out fast and the lady behind the counter was very nice gave my kid a Wendy's toy without my kid even getting a kids meal. They gave me my frosty for free which was so nice because money is tight. Very nice clean Wendy's and great experience. ~Heidi

This is the worst Jimmy John's in the Cleveland area. Orders are almost always wrong or poorly made. The guys working there don't know their own menu, which isn't surprising because they're so incredibly stoned they probably don't know their own names. This isn't a one time problem, this is consistent over half a dozen or so visits. Ownership, there are problems at this store that need addressed. ~Aaron

This is must try if you are in the area. The food is delicious and the portions were huge. You could share any meal with a partner or friend. Our server Morgan was great! The menu was overwhelming! I felt like I was trying to read an encyclopedia. You should view the menu online, before going into the restaurant. You might feel the pressure of trying to order without really knowing what you want. ~Haile

One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. In my life. Incredible corned bee sandwich, and my wife absolutely loved her roast beef sandwich. Very friendly staff and helpful as well. Our waitress Kayla was great. Attentive, and gave us suggestions, on things to do in Cleveland. We are her for our anniversary. Awesome place. ~Steve

Wasted 2 hours of my life today for an issue that could have been fixed in 5 minutes. I was originally told that I had an hour plus wait, so I went next door and did some work. I came back in, and stood waiting for an additional 30 plus minutes while people who came in after me that were apparently “just buying accessories” were helped. The system of telling people, wait in the store for an hour, and that they are on an imaginary waitlist makes no sense to me. If I got a text saying I was on a list, why wouldn’t I receive a text when my turn came up? It would make it easier so customers don’t waste hours at Verizon. ~Jazmine

Great location. The parking lot can be a little tricky exiting from. Recently rebuilt. The staff is excellent and a good selection of items inside. ~Amo
