Wasted 2 hours of my life today for an issue that could have been fixed in 5 minutes. I was originally told that I had an hour plus wait, so I went next door and did some work. I came back in, and stood waiting for an additional 30 plus minutes while people who came in after me that were apparently “just buying accessories” were helped. The system of telling people, wait in the store for an hour, and that they are on an imaginary waitlist makes no sense to me. If I got a text saying I was on a list, why wouldn’t I receive a text when my turn came up? It would make it easier so customers don’t waste hours at Verizon. ~Jazmine
