First time going to one of these stores and I was pleasantly surprised at all they had, but it has a really old Kmart kind of atmosphere to it. Employees didn't offer any help they just stood around talking with each other as customers walked up and around them

They need to take some customer services classes. Especially the one lady who helps you with chickens. Tried to ask a question and she is short and just not friendly. Found that most of them are that way. Could be a great store if they had good customer service

Good store. They have a variety of different things and low prices. I can see that they are doing the best they can with the staffing that they are allowed. For the most part most of the employees are extremely helpful and trying their best.

Made a delivery here. I called ahead of time because my rate con stated 20:00. The store closes @ 21:00. Manager let me know that they only do live unloads from 07:00-16:00. Glad I called. There is overnight parking on the side of the building out of the way of the parking lot. Unload is quick and easy.

My wife and I enjoy browsing through this large, well stocked variety farm store. We always find plenty of items to purchase when we visit and have found their staff to be friendly and helpful. Take the kids along, too. They have complimentary fresh popped popcorn and coffee everyday, with plenty of live animals (chickens, peeps, ducklings & rabbits) the kids will enjoy seeing.

I Totally Love this place! Everyone is so friendly and will go out their way to help you. If you have anything heavy when you checkout they will call an associate to load it for you if you want them to. When you get to the checkout if there is a line they will make a call for anyone to help on registers and everyone on floor comes to assist to check customers out. Way to go Rural King. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!

This was our first time coming in here and let me just say it did not disappoint. The prices are beyond fair and the selection of goods are incredible. I was impressed by their selection of guns and ammo as well. The staff was friendly and helpful and the store was clean. We will be visiting again.

Seems to pretty much have what I need. Here recently not as much but nowhere really does... Great selection of inexpensive jeans and work pants as well as other nicer brands. And the free popcorn keeps the wife happy while I get to browse.

Who doesn't love RK. They have lots of cute baby chics and turkeys. I love the candy section the most lol.
