The store is very unorganized and most things don't have prices. The little girl at the register was extremely rude when my Mom asked her a question. We will never visit this store again. ~Ty

Not very busy, mostly a sign of the times. I feel B&N could use some new PR people. We need to make a bigger push to get people into these brink and mortar bookstores. I take my kids there for the atmosphere. There is just a feeling you get while looking at the books you've read, want to read and never heard of within seconds of each other. Amazon just doesn't give me the same buyer satisfaction that comes from walking and getting a new book. ~Jared

Mean guy at the counter with ridiculous rules. Even if it is more convenient I'm gonna go somewhere else from now on. It happens every time I go there and see him at the counter. ~tired

This is my favorite store to get in and out fast. Yes, can park an RV. Honestly, the merchandise is not as stocked as before the pandemic but I’m hoping they will get with it again. I love buying my sweat pants and tops here. But last time I went they were sold out of my size. The store was very busy so that’s understandable since I went on a Saturday. They need to have a sidewalk sale and purge out all the clothes that’s not selling. I’ve seen the same stuff there month after month not selling. Just move it. I also love the home decor in the back. That’s where I buy most of my bedding and wall decorations. I wish they would get more robes in with hoodies. They have a good selection of inexpensive hand bags. I’m not crazy for their shoes. I like to buy knee high socks from there. They have a clean bathroom. And easy checkout. There is a line at checkout but it moves quickly when they have several cashiers. I really like this store. Their return policy is good too. Merchandise is about medium quality. Great for people on a budget. ~Summer

I haven't yet visited the store in person, but I tune in to their live feeds often. I recently ordered 2 necklaces, called the store to give shipping and payment information, and they were SO very nice and helpful! My beautiful new jewelry arrived in less than a week. I'm looking forward to actually going to the store and meeting them! ~Lisa
