This place offered your typical Wendy's experience. The food was on par with what you'd expect and the service was quick. Wendy's is typically my go-to fast food but some establishments can be hit or miss. This one gets my approval. One thing I will note, I ordered a diet Coke and they gave me regular Coke. Minus one point

Drove up around 610pm. Drive thru lights on but no answer after waiting 10 minutes; line of cars forming behind me. Drove forward to window and could see workers inside, honked horn & was ignored. Parked and went to try door; locked. Calls to store get busy signal as if phone is left off-hook. 8 - 10 cars still waiting in drive thru but no one taking orders. After waiting 30 minutes, went to Mcdonald's and got food without problems. This Wendy's is always a joke just randomly closing at times. Missed out on a lot of sales today.

We came through the drive-through it took a long time found found out that there was one person on the drive-through and 1 other person another person in Wendy's so a total of 2 people in Wendy's restaurant that's why it was so slow it was not because they were not doing their job they should have had more help

Went there for lunch today and not only was their dining room not open......even for a takeout order but they asked me to walk through the drive thru (not very safe?) Then, once there, they only accept cash. It's like.....do you want people's business or not. Seems more like not......

They are hit or miss here. This time was ok. The fries guys. You can't tell Wendy's is really trying to fix their fries with this hot and fresh Guarantee. they aren't hot they aren't fresh but they're ready

Wendy's used to have a real good chicken sandwich. With all the competition today with chicken sandwiches you would think it wouldn't go down hill. It would also be nice if they had a sign that said lobby closed.

So, I'm not one to complain often, but if I'm ordering breakfast from a fast food place and I want coffee with cream and sugar. The cream and sugar should probably be stirred for me. One as just good customer service. Two, I'm on the go and balancing coffee on my lap is pretty difficult when I need said coffee to function. The lady is always very moody when I ask her to stir the coffee so this time I just did it myself. If you can't prepare the coffee in a quick and efficient way then that's fine. Just stop serving coffee. This is the third time this has happened. I hate to come across rude; it just needed to be addressed. :/ Edit: Just for clarity. I was the only one in line the entire time so they were by no means rushed and didn't have time to stir the coffee. I wrote this in the parking lot and no one else came through. Other than that great sandwich.

Consistently bad. I frequent this Wendy's out of convenience, not preference and I constantly regret the decision to do so. Food is rarely hot, service is never with a smile. Bought a large fry got less in it than the medium fry?! Service times are on par for Wendy's, but that doesn't make up for the rest. Would not recommend.
