I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door and told an associate would be with me with me right away. It took no time for the associate to come help me. He was very helpful and help me pick out a mattress for my 6 yr old son. We even compared prices with their competition and worked out a deal. They were very helpful and did whatever it took to make me happy and help me walk out of the store with the mattress I wanted that day! Very pleased!

We were greeted when we entered the store! Our sales person introduced himself, and asked what we were looking for. We told him, he then got a questionnaire out and began asking us questions. He had me try several different mattresses. I found one I liked, but he had me try another one. A less expensive one & I liked it as well as the other one! We decided on the less expensive one. He got the paper work going...and we were out of there in 20 minutes. A very enjoyable transaction!!
