store full of people at 1:30 and their cash registers are down. So ridiculous. You’re a neighborhood Walgreens and just lost out ok so many sales the lines were long. Get it together.

I was looking for a location to add cash money to my cash app They had Walgreens listed as a merchant that participated in the program So i went in and i was told that Walgreens does not participate in cash app money deposit So if u use cash app dont use thia Walgreens for that cause u will waste ur time.

The pharmacy is great. They're always busy but treat people with respect. The checkout for the general merchandise though can sometimes be a hassle. I'm still glad we have this Walgreens because they carry pretty much everything for mens personal care products.

This store is a neighborhood favorite. Most walk to it, but it does have a good size parking lot, and had spots for disabled parking permits, and the door is automatic and almost no threshold. I admit that any place that always has Diet Coke at around the best price available locally is going to get a good review from me. But this Walgreens also has other things I need to pick up regularly also. This Walgreens is smaller than many, but they have all the "normal" drugstore items. There is also a reasonably good selection of grocery items at prices a bit higher than a grocery store, but not bad. The shelves are well stocked, the store is very clean, and other shoppers are respectful of covid protocols. You can walk in for a flu shot, and they regularly have a bonus for getting one there like a store credit. There is a bathroom available if you are a customer, but you need to ask an employee to get into it. Online shopping is available. They also will deliver prescriptions the next day locally, and when I was out of town, they FedExed my prescriptions to me at no additional cost. And when you just really need ice cream late at night, they have you covered there too!

Every time I had to pick up anything from the pharmacy at this location the people working there have been nothing but rude. If you hate your job so much, quit. You are absolutely useless when you act all bothered when someone asks questions. What a joke.

Very bad management. Called and asked if this store was hiring (though their address is not on the website and had trouble applying- couldn’t apply at ALL) and manager told me he’d call back later this afternoon to help me. NEVER did. So I called them again 20 mins ago and the woman who answered the phone was very short and dry. Put me on hold as soon as I said hello. When she came back i explained to her what happened and then she put me on hold AGAIN. After 10 mins she answered and said that he left and I’m going to have to call back again tomorrow. Which is ridiculous because I shouldn’t be calling if I was promised to be called back earlier that day. So really bad experience. I definitely will not be calling back tomorrow or working there. TERRIBLE

Went to this location on 6/8/20 at 7pm. Th doors were locked and there was no signage indicting if and why it was closed. There was no message on the phone system indicating hour changes. The city curfew had been lifted the day before.

On my visit on 11/07/2019, I was racially profiled by the sprint employee between the time that I walked into the store till the time I left. I was looking for some beverages and while walking from the beverage section to the photo counter to pay for my order, the sprint store clerk followed me and was watching my every movement. He NEVER asked me if I needed any assistance, and he kept watching me as i was checking out with another clerk, and he eyes kept following me till I exited the store. For a company to pride themselves in customer services, his actions today fell way below company standards. I do not appreciate spending my hard earned money with a company that chooses to racially profile rather than assist their customers. I will not be coming back to this location for any future needs.

A bottle of wine we picked up here was bad. They wouldn't take a return or issue credit. I suppose I'm not surprised, but if you're not going to stand behind the products you sell, you really ought not be selling them. So buyer beware, it's really just as easy to get a bottle of wine at Jewel or Whole Foods if you can't get to Binny's.

I went today to do a return and the shift leader BETSY was super rude with me, because I didn't have my receipt. I was returning a cosmetic item that gave me allergy. She treated me like if I was lying. She's very unprofessional. The store shouldn't have people like that as a leader. People that has not idea about ECC
