Literally the WORST Walgreens I’ve dealt with pharmacy and store. Lazy workers. Talked to FIVE different representatives who kept transferring me then hanging up on me when I had a very simple question about if they carry a certain item. That’s it. This has happened on multiple occasions and it’s obvious that management at the store does NOT care. Moved my prescriptions to another location because I couldn’t deal with the CONSISTENT terrible customer service and them always being out of stock. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

This location have lazy employees. The first response was we’re understaffed. Well I understand that but however this shouldn’t be your first response when a customer is looking for a particular item. I feel that the staff need to be retrained on customer service. The manager wasn’t knowledgeable about what she have in her store. The manager response was it could be stolen. I understand that but however if a customer is asking a question about a item then she should’ve checked before saying they don’t have it… I don’t expect for them to know everything in the store but effort is what I was looking for. Customer service rep. and manager both responded before looking. Walgreens need to do better with hiring their employees. I’m very sure that it’s better candidate’s out here looking for a job.

IRA was very rude!!! Literally talking to people in the worst manner.!!! She made me so uncomfortable!! It was public and she’s embarrassing. I’ll never return!!

If I was the manager of this pharmacy I would feel bad about myself at night. This place is constantly blowing off calls and people and out of stock of basic things. I almost feel like it’s on purpose so they can spend more time not doing anything but dealing with personal cellphone drama but I don’t want to speculate on exactly why they give zero Fs about anyone.

Bought groceries from Walgreens,pops,juice water, they didn't give me. The discount I didn't notice till I got home I called the lady said bring the receipt,went there today gentleman told me to bring all the groceries back I'm a a lady in a wheelchair, started arguing with my homemaker I won't be going back for that kind of Disrespect. 650 w 63rd st

Pharmacy is horrible always have a problem with my prescription. They never answer the phone! Customer service is extremely bad! They need to fire everybody in pharmacy and hire a whole new team pharmacy is bringing the store down!

An hour+ wait for a vaccine appointment! A line that took 45 mins to get through for people picking up a prescription. Corporate needs to give this store more attention ASAP! It’s unfair for the customers and staff

Pharmacy service is horrible. Figure it's what's expected here. Sitting here waiting, watching and hoping not to ever come back in here again. Just poor service all thr way around. Oh I was told to make an appt for the vaccine. Made appt only to wait even longer.

The employees here are very professional. It’s the pharmacy that is horrible. Every time I go, the line is very long. They never ever answer the phone. This is ridiculous. I can’t keep running back to this place. I can’t continue to call to inquire about my Mom prescriptions, they never answer the phone. Get it together Walgreens pharmacy. It will also help if whomever is answering the phones be a tad bit more courteous. I called to inform them I was coming to pick up my photos, the lady on the other end, says nonchalant ok... PLEASE BE MORE PROFESSIONAL ON THE PHONE!
