This is the first and last time for this CVS OMG I couldn't find anyone to help but the cashier and she was more interested in her personal conversation than in helping me after that they someone followed me around like I was a thief. Unbelievable never again there is a Walgreens a few blocks down..

NEVER GET YOUR PHOTOS OR FILM PRINTED HERE. The person behind the photo counter was rude & abrasive, & was literally eating chips. She told me that my pick up time was ‘inadequate’ & online orders always ‘mess up.’ She said all of this while eating. It literally took 2 seconds to print out my photos. Terrible customer service, get your photos & film printed elsewhere.

I just left this store and the manager by the name of Octavio was very courteous and helpful! He even suggested that I signed up for the CarePass which saved me $10 on my purchase! He made my shopping experience so wonderful and it makes me glad to be able to have a pleasant customer service experience from time to time instead of always doing the self-checkout!

Just spoke to a very rude woman over the phone about their photo printer being down, and I had already paid for my photos. She hung up on me when I tried to ask her how to get my photos printed. Feb. 4th around 9:30

I find this CVS very pleasant, nice workers in Mayra and Edward… always helpful and attentive to my and other’s needs. I would never go back to Walgreens again. Nice job Guys, as always.

Apprently there's a policy that the store casnt open until mulyiple employees at yhe store. That's fine. Except, when it's already past the open time morning of the Chicago marathon and you have a group of people waiting outside at opening time that are refused entry. I'd say either revise policy or hire puntual employees. About 30 people have been turned away so far

If you’re in a hurry, I do not recommend, cashier stood on the phone with her another co workers while myself and another customer were waiting to be rung out. Seems like they care more about gossiping about their co workers than doing their job.

As of date, I've had a very mixed experience with this pharmacy. Today was the first time I've received the most helpful person on the other line. Ask for the pharmacist named Kim if you need something handled that hasn't been addressed for a while. She is going above and beyond to get my situation figured out for me instead of making me do all the work like the previous pharmacists and techs asked me to do so. For all the nuances that go into accurate billing and prescription filling, it only makes sense for the pharmacy to communicate directly with the payors. Thanks, Kim!

This is the second time in a row I have waited over 30 mins in line to pick up a prescription. There was only one pharmacist, they were filling prescriptions on demand for people dropping off, which caused those of us only picking up to wait 15mins per person. There was no sense of triage. I finally left after 2 people and there were 3 people ahead of me. The manager came by and asked the pharmacist if he was ok and he said he was ok - he was not ok and his customers were not ok. I moved over to CVS from Walgreens - I am moving back to Walgreens - the most I ever waited was 15 mins in 7 yrs at that Walgreens. Get the pharmacy department some help and get a manager that has a clue.
