6 Best drugstore in Chicago, Illinois (IL) 2024

This is the first and last time for this CVS OMG I couldn't find anyone to help but the cashier and she was more interested in her personal conversation than in helping me after that they someone followed me around like I was a thief. Unbelievable never again there is a Walgreens a few blocks down.. ~Teresa

This location have lazy employees. The first response was we’re understaffed. Well I understand that but however this shouldn’t be your first response when a customer is looking for a particular item. I feel that the staff need to be retrained on customer service. The manager wasn’t knowledgeable about what she have in her store. The manager response was it could be stolen. I understand that but however if a customer is asking a question about a item then she should’ve checked before saying they don’t have it… I don’t expect for them to know everything in the store but effort is what I was looking for. Customer service rep. and manager both responded before looking. Walgreens need to do better with hiring their employees. I’m very sure that it’s better candidate’s out here looking for a job. ~sheleaka

Explored this Walgreens while visiting Chicago. It's actually a two story store and even had some groceries downstairs. Recomended :) ~Krzysztof

Great customer service. Conveniently located. If you're downtown and need something fast here's your answer. New reward program coming Monday could save you a few more dollars than the last program. I'll send that picture below. The treatment of customers here is good very friendly staff is well versed in customer service. And the big respects to the management. ~Stephen

Pretty awful customer service, especially the pharmacy department. The front of the store employees are generally fairly helpful, but avoid the pharmacy at all costs. Rude to customers and in multiple occasions I’ve been treated disrespectfully by the pharmacists almost as if I was crazy for merely asking a question or expecting someone behind the counter would show me the courtesy of acknowledging my existence let alone helping me at some point in the first 10 minutes of standing there with no one else even around. What gives Southport CVS pharmacy? ~Chris

store full of people at 1:30 and their cash registers are down. So ridiculous. You’re a neighborhood Walgreens and just lost out ok so many sales the lines were long. Get it together. ~Jessica
