We needed same day documents printed. Got the email that our order was ready for pickup, went and paid, discovered that several documents were missing. Their printer was broken and instead of fixing it and completing our order, just gave us an incomplete order and called it a day! Bad service.

Convenient location near Michigan Avenue and Grant Park, relatively clean. Employee was borderline rude when I let them know items missed price tags and then surprisingly showed up at the cashier priced more than twice all the items near them on the same shelf … eg seemingly misguiding price expectations exactly on items missing prices.

Cashier was very rude. The credit machine had been having issues and expected me to keep trying to use different credit cards. Gave me attitude when I refused to try and process the 4th credit/ debit card. When I pulled out cash and a $20 fell to the counter, she said that I should be more polite and hand her the cash. "Do you have a problem or something?" she asked. Very poor customer service

Employees are rude and act like they do not want to do their jobs! The manager sam is rude and speaks to you like ur not even human!! This store is always low in stock on a lot of items. The only reason I am giving three stars is because of ayona She helped me find everything I need and had a bright smile the entire time

Just visited this store while my Son is, unfortunately, at Lurie's Children Hospital....while walking around there were numerous workers standing around talking, one who was flailing her arms all around...well she hit me and the can of Redbull she was holding spilled all over me, a quick "you good" was all she offered....no paper towels, no apologies, no are you ok (after she basically assaulted me). Ridiculously RUDE employees as two others stood there and did nothing about it either. I mean why the heck did she have an open beverage anyway??? At least I got what I needed I suppose.

It’s impossible to get your prescriptions filled here. Each time I’ve tried to refill is a different adventure. They’re the only Walgreens pharmacy in downtown Chicago that claims to have stock issues and their custom service is a joke. I’ve called literally 4 times this morning because they got my refill wrong and twice someone answered and just placed the phone down, once they cut the line, and once (after 30 minutes on hold) their meal break cut in. Unbelievable.

I made a same day flu shot appointment and when I arrived they were out of shots. I received text reminders and a text that said "your flu shot is ready". So frustrating to go all the way there for nothing.

This Walgreens pharmacy is disgusting the staff is incredibly rude incredibly slow you cannot ask a question without getting an attitude it seems like they are not happy working there they should go look for another job somewhere else they shouldn’t serve on people or help customers with such a big attitude it’s really disgusting very low class

The pharmacy is very cold! I went to pick my medicine for pain at the pharmacy, and I just had my wisdom tooth extracted. The people are very cold to speak with. I told them I recently changed an address, and I have a picture of my new insurance card, which has not mailed to me yet. But they say they cannot accept the picture and have no idea what my insurance carrier is. I have been picking medicines in multiple Walgreens and that is the worst experience I have ever had, especially after I had the oral surgery and was bleeding in my mouth when talking to them.

Great customer service. Conveniently located. If you're downtown and need something fast here's your answer. New reward program coming Monday could save you a few more dollars than the last program. I'll send that picture below. The treatment of customers here is good very friendly staff is well versed in customer service. And the big respects to the management.
