The Lowe's App directed me to this Lowe's, as I was trying to beat price increases on hardwood. I would not of known of this Lowe's otherwise. I was very pleasantly surprised: not only did they have a great inventory of what I needed, they had extremely helpful staff. In fact, some of the friendliest employees that I have met in any Lowe's work here. It was a delight to shop here!

I went to Lowe's at Shanks Way. Their service was def much better than the last time I went to a Lowe's. I was taken care quick, not so much efficiently but I got what I needed and now it has taken 2 weeks to schedule installation of my disposal. The garden center had friendly staff and the mums were not to pricey. I got 30 dollars worth and I hope to make the mostof them. We will see what happens the next time I visit.

I absolutely love this location. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Went for bulbs and got a whole education on the state of bulbs and home energy efficient lighting! It was awesome and I found my floors!!! Hell yeah!

I went in with the intent of buying a dishwasher. Being the only customer in the appliance area, I didn't think it would take 10 minutes for the saleslady to ask me what I was looking for, but it did. Now that the military discount's continued erosion doesn't cover appliances (this "discount" is virtue signaling at its finest - it's not as much as a benefit as it once was), I asked to speak with a manager about possibly getting some accessories included with the $1000 dishwasher I was looking at. Nope. All she said was, "They won't do anything - it's not worth asking." I even offered to leave my number with her and have the manager call me - she refused. I just left after that. Aside from that single incident, I've had no luck getting (quality) help from the employees there. They're either too busy having "meetings" or simply can't be found. Bottom line - if you know what you want and can look it up on your phone, you'll be fine. Otherwise, or if you have a questions that requires real advice from someone, go to a place like Ace or another local hardware store. Sad thing is, this Lowe's is the best one in the area. I've had poorer experiences in the other one in Hagerstown and the one in Chambersburg.

I'm a contractor. I go here almost once or twice a day never had a bad experience. My online orders has always been on time along with in store orders.

Extreme difference in service between two employees. Fred was great, and he went out of his way on multiple occasions to assist in departments that were not his. Another employee told us the store did not have a product we were looking for, but we were able to find it by actually looking and with Fred's assistance. We ended up seeing the other employee again and I wanted to say hey, just in case anyone else is looking for this here is where we found it, but she walked away from us while I was speaking to her.

Great associates! Should have items easier to locate, i.e., number or letter of isle location of merchandise! Store is great to shop for home improvements and it's female friendlier more so than Home Depot!!

I always come over to this Lowe’s first to see what is new for the season and the array of a selection of plants and rocks for your landscaping needs. Customer service without a doubt is always the best anytime I have visited here I have never been a disappointment. Lexie is such a sweetie knowledgeable and friendly. She is gentle with her customers when it comes to their concerns and needs. Stop in and you’ll see what I’m talking about you’ll be glad you did.
