I love it here! Everyone is always so friendly and so helpful. There has only been one employee who hasn't had the best attitude and it's some dude wearing the white long sleeve shirt. Other than that everyone there is always so friendly.

The store was clean. The young lady in the dairy section was quite pleasant when she stopped stocking to answer my questions. The cashier Donnell was helpful as well.

Very well stocked! All the necessities are neatly laid out, with friendly associates available nearby to help. Prices were very fair, considering the location, and they have house brands that are even more affordable. We were able to find everything we were looking for. Only department that looked slightly bare was the bakery but that likely was due to the time of day when we visited.

Stater Bros Markets are always the best! This one located in Big Bear CA did not disappoint! So nice to know that even on vacation I can get what I need knowing there’s a Staters near by. Quality and freshness with happy faces. Don’t worry, Rico! Your store on Apple Va Rd in Apple Valley CA is still my favorite!

I have been shopping at this location for about a year and a half and in that time I have had at least five instances of meat that I have purchased from here being spoiled within a day of purchase. Protein is always the most expensive part of the grocery trip and having to throw it out and try and figure out dinner at the last minute is nothing short of a pain. I've always enjoyed shopping here, the staff are great, but if I can't count on the quality of the most expensive part of my trip it just isn't worth the trip.

I love my local stater brothers, the remodel has really given this place a new color. If you're coming up here to visit, go to this one not the one in Big Bear Lake. Customer service is fantastic and on point.

It's a great place enjoy the Management and they have most of The groceries you need not quite as much as the other staters that are bigger but I love going there they are very nice employees there

Great grocery store. Organized, clean, and the staff is friendly! Very good wine section, prepared food section is better than average. Good meats and fresh produce.
